Acura Rewards Test Drive Offer ("Offer")
Terms and Conditions

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND NECESSARY TO OBTAIN A REWARD. A PURCHASE WILL NOT AFFECT YOUR ABILITY TO RECEIVE A REWARD.

ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Colombia who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license and auto insurance at the time of participation. Employees and directors of American Honda Motor Co., Inc. ("Sponsor"), W Hotels, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, licensees, advertising, promotion or production agencies, and all of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and individuals residing in their same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

THE OFFER PERIOD: The Offer valid beginning 8:00 a.m. November 15, 2010. Pacific Time ("PT") through 11:59 p.m., PT January 2, 2011 (the "Offer Period").

HOW TO OBTAIN A REWARD: During the Offer Period, obtain an Acura Rewards card ("Rewards Card"), by using the Acura driver service at any participating W Hotel and obtain a Rewards Card from the driver. You may only obtain a Rewards Card at the time you use the Acura driver service, if you do not receive one then or request a Rewards Card, you may not request a Rewards Car at a later time. Once you have obtained a Rewards Card, visit your local participating Acura dealer beginning November 15, 2010 through January 2, 2011 ("Test Drive Period") and test drive any Acura vehicle. After your test drive, obtain a code from the dealer ("Dealer Code"). You must request a Dealer Code immediately after your test drive and prior to leaving the premises, you may not request a Dealer Code at a later time. You can redeem a reward by visiting acurarewards.com beginning at 8:00:00 p.m., PT on November 15, 2010 through 11:59:59 p.m., PT on January 2, 2011 ("Redemption Period") and entering your Acura Code found on the back of your Reward Card and the Dealer Code, and other required information including your name, mailing address, and e-mail address. All Reward Cards must be redeemed online by January 2, 2011. Offer not combinable with any other Acura or W Hotel offers or promotions.

REWARDS: Upon entering an eligible Acura Code and Dealer Code, you can choose one of the following two rewards (each a "Reward"): (1) 2,000 Starwood Preferred© Guest Points emailed to you in the form of a code to upload to your own Starwood account. ARV $50.00; (2) $50.00 electronic gift card to the Bliss Spa. Electronic gift cards are subject to restrictions, terms and conditions as stated thereon. If you do not have a Starwood account, you can obtain one for free by visiting http://www.starwoodhotels.com/preferredguest/account/enroll/index.html. Starwood points are subject to the Starwood Preferred© Guest Program terms and conditions, found at http://www.starwoodhotels.com/preferredguest/legal/spg_terms.html. Limit one (1) Reward per person/email address. Please allow 4-6 weeks for shipment of your chosen Reward after verification. Starwood Points Reward will be emailed to your supplied email address in the form of a code within 6 weeks of verification. Rewards are non-transferable and no cash equivalent or substitution of prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If a Reward, or any portion thereof, cannot be provided for any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute Reward with another item of equal or greater value. All taxes on Rewards are sole responsibility of participant. Sponsor makes no representation as to the availability of the Starwood Preferred© Guest Program and Bliss spa services.

REWARDS SWEEPSTAKES: Persons who redeem their Acura Code and Dealer Code during the Redemption Period, will also be entered into the Acura Rewards Sweepstakes for the chance to win a trip for two (2) to the Sundance Film Festival on dates between January 20 and January 30, 2011, in Park City, Utah. TO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES WITHOUT USING ACURA DRIVER SERVICE OR TAKING A TEST DRIVE: During the Offer Period Eligible participants may write their name, address, birthdate, email address and telephone number on a 3x5 card and mail the card to: Acura Rewards, 2525 Colorado Ave., Santa Monica, CA., 90405 ("Mail-In Entry"). All Mail-In Entries must be postmarked no later than December 26, 2010, and must be received by January 2, 2011. Each Mail-In must be in a separate postmarked outer envelope. No facsimiles or mechanical reproductions of entries allowed. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdirected, mutilated, incomplete, or postage-due mail/entries. Limit one (1) sweepstakes entry per person/email address regardless of entry method. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Offer Period. GENERAL CONDITIONS: Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Offer or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the Rewards Cards. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Offer should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Offer. With respect to computer entries, Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account participate in the Offer and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the redeemer, the authorized account holder of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the participant. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Automated codes are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her codes) who tampers with the redemption process. Participants may not register with multiple email addresses, nor may participants use any other device or artifice to register multiple times or as multiple registrants. Any Participant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits any and all Rewards for which he or she may have been eligible, in Sponsor's discretion. As a condition of entering, entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if an eligible minor) agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) to release Sponsor, W Hotels, each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, retailers, sales representatives, distributors, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, and each of their officers, directors, employees and agents ("Promotional Parties"), from any and all liability, loss or damage incurred with respect to the awarding, receipt, possession, and/or use or misuse of any Reward, and the participation in the Acura/W Hotel drive service or the test drive of an Acura vehicle; (b) under no circumstances will participant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this Offer, or any Reward, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court costs.

GOVERNING LAW: By participating, participants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Offer Terms and Conditions, participant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Offer, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
