Official Rules

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR SALES PRESENTATION OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Acura Rewards Sweepstakes begins November 15, 2010 at 8:00:00 a.m., Pacific Time ("PT") and ends January 2, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m. PT ("Sweepstakes Period").

ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older and have a valid driver's license and auto insurance at the time of entry. Employees and directors of American Honda Motor Co., Inc. ("Sponsor"), W Hotels, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, licensees, advertising, promotion or production agencies, and all of their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses) and individuals residing in their same household are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, during the Sweepstakes Period, obtain an Acura Rewards card ("Rewards Card") by using the Acura driver service at any participating W Hotel and obtain a Rewards Card from the driver. You may only obtain a Rewards Card at the time you use the Acura driver service, if you do not receive one then or request a Rewards Card, you may not request a Rewards Car at a later time. Once you have obtained a Rewards Card, visit your local participating Acura dealer during the Sweepstakes Period to test drive any Acura vehicle. After your test drive, obtain a code from the dealer ("Dealer Code"). You must request a Dealer Code immediately after your test drive and prior to leaving the premises, you may not request a Dealer Code at a later time. Redeem your Acura Reward by visiting acurarewards.com during the Sweepstakes Period and entering your Acura Code found on the back of your Rewards Card and the Dealer Code, and other required information including your name, mailing address, and e-mail address. You must redeem your Reward by February 7, 2011 at 11:59:59 p.m., PT in order to be eligible for the Sweepstakes. You will receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes for redeeming your reward. Acura Rewards are subject to the Terms and Conditions, available at http://www.acurarewards.com/terms.php. TO ENTER WITHOUT A SALES PRESENTATION, USING THE ACURA DRIVER SERVICE OR TAKING A TEST DRIVE: During the Sweepstakes Period, fill out a 3x5 card with your name, mailing address, birth date, telephone number and e-mail address and mail the card to Acura Rewards, 2525 Colorado Ave., Santa Monica, CA., 90405 ("Mail-In Entry"). All Mail-In Entries must be postmarked by December 26, 2011 and must be received by Sponsor no later than January 2, 2011. All Mail-In Entries must be mailed in a separately postmarked outer envelope. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, incomplete, mishandled, misdirected, or mutilated Entries/mail. Facsimiles, photocopied or mechanical reproductions of Mail-In Entries are prohibited and will be disqualified. Multiple entries from any one person may void all Entries for such person, in Sponsor's sole discretion. All entries become the exclusive property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Limit one (1) sweepstakes entry per person regardless of entry method.

RANDOM DRAWING: A random drawing from among all eligible entries received will be conducted on or about January 4, 2011 by Sponsor, whose decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Odds of winning depend upon the total number of eligible entries received from both entry methods.

PRIZE/VALUE: (2) Each Grand Prize winner will be awarded one (1) trip for winner and one (1) guest to Salt Lake City, Utah to attend the Sundance Film Festival on dates with the festival timeline between January 20 and January 30 ("Prize"). Each prize includes roundtrip first-class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major commercial airport near winner's home within the United States to Salt Lake City, Utah; one (1) double occupancy standard hotel room at the St. Regis for three (3) nights; two (2) adult lift tickets to Deer Valley valid for one (1) day; two (2) tickets per day of the film festival valid for one (1) film per day; two (2) VIP access passes to Sundance events; Acura car service for transportation to/ from hotel and Sundance events for each day of the trip; and transportation to/from hotel and airport. Approximate Retail Value: $5,000.00 USD. If the winner resides within 200 miles of Salt Lake City, Utah, Sponsor may elect, in its sole discretion, to award train or ground transportation in lieu of air transportation. Actual value of trip may vary based on point of departure and airfare fluctuations. The difference between any stated value and actual value will not be awarded to winner. Selection of airline is solely within Sponsor's discretion. Any expenses not specified herein as part of the prize, including but not limited to meals, gratuities, luggage fees, incidental hotel charges, any transportation to/from outside Salt Lake City city limits, are the sole responsibility of winner. Transportation is subject to availability and restrictions may apply. Prize forfeited if Winner is unable to attend prize events on designated dates. All travel must be taken on dates specified or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate; no alternative travel dates are available. No prize substitutions except as provided herein. Prize is non-transferable and no cash redemption allowed. Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute prize of equal or greater value if advertised prize becomes unavailable. Winner and travel guest must travel on same itinerary. If winner is eligible, but a minor in his/her state of residence, the travel guest must be winner's parent or legal guardian. A minor may accompany winner as a travel guest only if the winner is the minor's parent or legal guardian. Minors must be accompanied at all times during trip (including, but not limited to, in-flight, hotel stay and all prize-related events) by minor's parent or legal guardian. Travel guests must sign and return a travel release before any ticketing of travel occurs. Winner and guest must have all necessary identification and/or travel documents (e.g., a valid U.S. driver's license) required for travel. Unclaimed prizes will not be awarded.

OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Winner will be notified via e-mail or mail. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of e-mail, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants. Winner may be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Release of Liability and Publicity (where permitted) within 10 days of first attempted delivery of same. If attempted notification is returned as undeliverable, if Winner cannot be verified, or if Winner is disqualified or otherwise unable to accept the prize as stated, prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Federal, state, and local income taxes on prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of the entries. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend this Sweepstakes should fraud, virus, bugs or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes. In the event of cancellation, Sponsor will randomly award the prizes from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received prior to cancellation. With respect to computer entries, Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or technical in nature. Should multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute thereafter arise regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account holder of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the entrant. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Participants may not enter with multiple email addresses nor may entrants use any other device or artifice to enter multiple times or as multiple registrants. Any entrant who attempts to enter with multiple email addresses under multiple identities or uses any device or artifice to register/play multiple times will be disqualified and forfeits any and all prizes won, in Sponsor's discretion. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries) who tampers with the entry process. By entering the Sweepstakes, all entrants agree, if selected, to accept prize in manner set forth by Sponsor whose decisions are final on all matters relating to this Sweepstakes. Except where prohibited by law, Winner grants (and agrees to confirm this grant in writing, if requested) permission for Sponsor and Promotion Parties and those acting under their authority to use his/her name, photograph, voice and/or likeness, for advertising and/or publicity purposes in any and all media now known or hereinafter invented without territorial or time limitations and without compensation. Winner, by acceptance of the prize, represents that he or she has complied with all rules of this Sweepstakes. As a condition of entering, entrants (or their parent or legal guardian if any eligible minor) agree (and agree to confirm in writing): (a) agrees to release Sponsor, Rubin Postaer and Associates, W Hotels, their affiliates, retailers, dealers, sales representatives, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, distributors and the directors, officers, employees and agents of each of them, and other coordinating agencies involved in this promotion ("Sponsor and Promotion Parties") from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the use or misuse, receipt, acceptance, possession or awarding of prize or travel to/from and participation in any prize-related activities; (b) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and participant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses; (c) all causes of action arising out of or connected with this sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and (d) any and all claims, judgments, and award shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, excluding attorneys' fees and court cost. Sponsor may prohibit any entrant from participating in this Sweepstakes, and may refuse to award a prize to an entrant, if Sponsor determines, in its sole discretion, that such entrant: (i) has tampered with the entry process or operation of the Sweepstakes; (ii) has violated these rules; or (iii) has acted in an unsportsmanlike, improper, or otherwise disruptive manner, with an intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass Sponsor or any other entrant.

GOVERNING LAW: By entering, entrants agree that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, participant's rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of laws rules. By entering, entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

WINNER LIST: For the name of the Winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to 2525 Colorado Ave., Santa Monica, CA, 90405. Winner List will be sent when the sweepstakes is over and prize awarded. Requests for Winner List must be received by March 15, 2011.
