1. When will I get my Starpoints?

The Starpoints will be sent to you via email no later than 6 weeks after you register for your gift. You can upload the points into your own account.

2. What if I don't have a Starwood Preferred Guest Account?

You can obtain a SPG account by visiting www.spg.com.

3. Can I use my Bliss Spa e-card online?

Yes, the cards can be used online. More information can be found at www.blissworld.com. Bliss gift cards are redeemable for Bliss spa services or products in the Bliss catalog, at Blissworld.com or at Bliss' in spa stores.

4. Can I test drive more than one Acura vehicle and get more rewards?

You can test drive as many cars as you like, but it's one reward per person.

5. What if my code doesn't work?

Make sure you enter the code on the rewards card and the code that the Acura dealer gives you. You need both. If it still doesn't work, please contact acura@acurarewards.com.

6. Will the e-cards expire?

No, the e-cards do not expire. Please refer to the details in the email once you receive your e-card reward from Bliss. This e-card is issued by Bliss World Card Company and is valid only in the USA. Lost and stolen e-cards numbers are not replaceable. Unless the remaining balance is $10.00 or less, this e-card may not be redeemed for cash.

7. Can I choose to go to any Acura dealer?

Yes. You can easily select the nearest Acura dealer by entering in your zip code here.

8. What if I lose my code?

If you lose your code, we will have to verify with the dealership that you test-drove the car.

9. Do I have to complete the test drive within a certain time period?

Yes. The test drive must be completed by January 2, 2011.

10. Is there a limit to how many times I can register for the Acura Awards?

Only one reward per person.
